DA + Kat’s Wedding Theme and Invitation

With barely 4 months to go, it is time to finalize our wedding theme. I have been one confused bride shifting from one theme to the next. I toyed with a pink and lavender theme, a spring theme, a fairy theme, a fantasy theme and a scrapbook theme. I even, for an instant, explored the possibility of a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” theme after browsing through the pictures of a lovely Martha Stewart wedding.

Upon reflection, I decided (after consulting DA) that I want scrapbook as our main theme and white as our color theme. Since the bridesmaids and flower girls will be wearing bold and bright colors, I will let them hold a white bouquet to tie it to the theme.

I had to polish our invitations to reflect the changes. Here is the new and hopefully the final look of our monogram and invitations…
